Artavazd (Art) Stepanyan is the owner of Agua Construction, and serves as the Head of Construction for the Agua Dulce development in Acton, CA. Since 2017, Art has played an integral role in advancing the development of RTG’s first project in California.

Art is a firm believer in teamwork and has a talent for uniting people to accomplish both the short and long-term goals of a development. He collaborates closely with RTG Investment’s team of architects, engineers and planners to ensure all construction and quality standards exceed expectations. Art’s broad experience across multiple industries equip him with a unique perspective that empowers him to guide the modernization of Agua Dulce, while simultaneously preserving the integrity of the community.
